My Role:
As a Business Analyst & Product Owner, I was responsible for:
✔ Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Conducted on-site workshops and one-on-one sessions with stakeholders to define business needs.
✔ UX & Wireframing – Iteratively refined wireframes to ensure usability and clarity for field operators.
✔ Process Optimization – Mapped key workflows to streamline reporting, reduce inefficiencies, and improve decision-making.
✔ End-User Documentation – Created a comprehensive user manual tailored for non-technical mining professionals.
Key Features:
✅ Real-Time KPI Dashboards – Monitors critical mining operations, including production rates, equipment utilization, and downtime analysis.
✅ Automated Data Collection – Reduces manual data entry errors by integrating with on-site reporting systems.
✅ Role-Based Access – Provides tailored dashboards for mine managers, supervisors, and field operators.
✅ Custom Alerts & Reports – Sends real-time alerts for operational anomalies and safety concerns.
Impact:
✔ Improved data-driven decision-making in one of the world’s largest mining operations.
✔ Enhanced operational transparency and accountability across teams.
✔ Streamlined reporting workflows, reducing administrative overhead.
🚀 MineKPI successfully transformed mining operations by turning raw data into actionable insights, making it a game-changer for efficiency and productivity.
